Smooth move in. No regrets would recommend

Haven't really seen the unit as of yet

Have not moved in yet, but paid for the month. It's just not been convenient to move things into storage quite yet. We will soon.

Accommodating

Very clean and secure. I booked online so when I paid and got my unit, I was not even sure what kind of storage place I was signing myself up for. Upon arriving I realized that it was perfect for the kind of storage I needed under my circumstances. It is a bit of a big maze, but it is really secure, clean and inside where you don’t have to worry about the climate. But again, lots of zigzagging through units to find your own lol. But worth the adventure and the price is very reasonable.!

I was a bit reluctant to do all of the registration work online but it all worked out very well. The individuals I spoke to at the call center in Minnesota were very friendly but most important very helpful.

Cobwebs and dead bugs everywhere! Units should be swept and mopped upon somebody reserving before move in and after move out to prevent spread of bedbugs and such… scared to put some of my belongings in there so going to get vacuum sealed bags before putting them in my totes and then in there. I swept out my own unit that should have never had to happen they and it smells very very bad in some areas in there. Pest boxes are needed. They are truelly a hands off facility!!

Easy and quick

Very easy to access and clean.

Amazing value.

I was amazed to find a space almost twice as big as other units at a similar price point. A wonderful woman named Ashanti walked me through every step of the signup process, and got me squared away. Heck, they even had clean restrooms when I got there. The space itself was air conditioned and well-lit, unlike most funky garage-like storage lockers.

Large and clean space for a good price

The storage unit that we got was better priced than surrounding areas. It was a large, clean space.

Climate controlled and clean

They have dolly carts in the front entrance that made it convenient to use. You need to bring your own lock.
