I had used Public Storage a while ago in Kent/ Des Moines area. I'm satisfied from my use of the storage and now more happy to have this one in burien. Justin, the store manager was knowledgeable about this storage facility and explained to me clearly regarding the use of the facility. Good customer service! This facility is aware of the condition of the pandemic that they practice to use sanitizer, plastic shield between the customer and one person at a time etc.

I was helping a friend move and needed a space, and Justin at Public Storage was amazing. He walked me through all the options I had, toured the facility with me, and helped make the process very simple. He was very patient and his help was greatly appreciated.

Every time I come in to pay dezi is always nice. She even went above and beyond and called me when she had a 5x5 available so I could transfer to a smaller space.

Reese was super helpful with finding me the best resources for my unit. The size was exactly what I needed, and she made the process less tedious! I'm thankful to have such an experienced manager on-site.

Had a great experience with Desiree on yesterday. She's very patient helpful and I was able to make contact with her she showed me the facility and showed me one of the storage spaces which I was able to get great customer service excellent experience. Desiree made sure I was able to receive the right storage space for my items.??????

Dezi has a great customer service ,very professional efficient and helpful, even tho. I stopped at the end of the day she didn't hesitate about showing me the units telling me about packaging boxes the deals the had and giving an answer to any questions . Def great place to store your treasures.

Nice people. Update: they have added hand-trucks which is awesome because they didn't have them for. Long time. They check them out only during office hours but THANK YOU for providing them.

A good place to store your things

I have found Public Storage to be a very good business for the most part. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. The security is very good and they will increase security when needed. The only negative thing is the increasing price. I am a senior on a limited income and Public Storage may become too high priced for me. I know other clients have been shocked by the large increase in price this last year. If Public Storage continues this policy, they will only have wealthy customers. Public Storage as a business needs to do something to help the lower income customers especially those on fixed incomes. I have been a customer for many years and I hope to remain a customer but I am not sure with the prices hikes they have made recently.

Welcoming- Safe-Hospitable

I had called the closest storage place to my house. I reached Linda, unfortunately I was running from an abusive home and didn't have $ well not a lot of it. Linda called me the next morning because there was 1 unit on special and she knew I was in dire straights. I was able to move my things in and am now safe and I didn't lose EVERYTHING I own... how often does that happen? Linda walked me through the property, she took time to make sure I was feeling comfortable. Then just today . Guess who called to make sure that I was ok? Yep, Linda!!! She made me smile. I needed that. Thank you for having people like Linda working and helping.

FLATCARTS

Please please please get more flatcarts - and for each building. It would help a great deal. One flatcart for the whole location just isn't going to cut it. I would give this place 5 stars if you had more flatcarts. Even just one more - easily 5. A flatcart per storage. That's all it takes. Thank you.

The BIGGEST Bang for Your Storage Buck!!!!

Public Storage is handy, clean and easily accessible. The costs are reasonable. If you need external storage for those household items you just can't throw out.....then Public Storage is the answer.
