Great facility- wish reservation gave more details

Move in process was simple and the facility manager I worked with was awesome. Booking through Sparefoot- my only objection is that there wasn’t a way to know that storage unit sizes are an approximation and might be off by a foot or two depending on the unit. I didn’t see any of this information until I was signing the lease online- from there I had to hope it was close to my chosen size. It ended up taking extra time when I arrived to start moving in. Would’ve have been helpful to know more details before making the reservation. Otherwise this facility is clean, well secured, and no complaints so far. There’s even courtesy options like renting a cart to help move in. It’s also a convenient location.

The young man who helped us was great! Very friendly and helpful. Even made my daughter a cup of coffee.

Some bad, but mostly good

Initially, I received some annoying errors when trying to complete the paperwork and payment online. When no welcome email explaining what to do next arrived, I called the store location and discovered that I had to show up with my ID and ensure I had a “barrel lock” to access my unit (an unexpected expense). Once at the store, Mitchel was very friendly and took good care of me.

I rented a unit from Vivian and Carly yesterday. It was an easy choice with the monthly cost and added discount promotion going on. The customer service was outstanding. The location was clean and my unit just what I needed.

Vivian is absolutely wonderful. All of my interactions with her have been spot on. She is has helper me find the perfect unit more than once and is super helpful in answering questions. I won't rent from anyone else.

Needs better communication

Claims you can get 24/7 customer service help. Not true, tried to call several times without success. I left several messages & no one has returned my call. Was not told that I have to sign up for auto pay to be able to access my unit after the office closes.

I booked what size storage I wanted online and when I wanted to move in and when I got here the lady was so helpful and nice she got me everything I needed in for a great price

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!

I was 2 days late on moving out and they refused to waive their NON-prorated exit policy. Instead they charged me a full month for those 2 days. Shame on them! All 3 of the managers I spoke to are heartless. I'm considering picketing this place so that others don't get robbed.

Clean, secure, and great staff

I’ve stored my belongings in MANY public storage buildings in the past and this is by far the best experience I’ve had. From the time that I walked in, Eric treated me like family through the whole process up until I left the lot. They made sure I was set up and even walked me through everything I needed to know. They were ethical in advising me about my choices which helped me save a few bucks. Not the best location but I would 10/10 recommend.
