Just moved in

Only 1 star shy because having to travel to another location to get paperwork finished. The gal at the desk and the one on the phone were most pleasant and got me squared away.

Convenient

The location is a nice convenient spot to have storage. The prices are competitive to nearby facilities. Using your phone to press a button and open the doors and use elevators is kinda fun and easy so you don't have to remember codes.

Very clean facility with great security. The office staff was very kind with excellent customer service. Pricing on units is absolutely amazing, and the $1 for our 1st month was a great welcome.

Didn't communicate issues on the property

They failed to tell me while reserving it that the gate is broken. Plus we were told it was 24hr facility and you can't get to ur unit after 9pm

Great amount of storage

I’m really happy with the amount of storage and cleanliness. They have carts which makes it easy to move stuff in and out.

Access Issues

I had issues getting access into the facility. The gate code provide did not work after many attempts and verifying I was typing it in correctly. I had to call the after-hours customer service number (after spending 30 minutes just trying to find the number) and right off the bat they said they couldn’t help me get access until the next morning but then they helped me get access after I told them I needed to access my storage unit that night because there was nowhere else to store my stuff and I had already paid for the storage unit. Public Storage needs to verify that the codes they are giving out actually work or provide an easy after-hours help line so people can still get access to their units if there is an issue.

This is the nicest storage unit ever!

This is by far the best storage unit facility I have ever used, it's very very secured like triple secured and the lady at the front desk was really nice and really cute.

Clean and secure

The facility is very clean and I feel like my belongings are secure in this facility. There are a few fees and other expenses that I wasn’t expecting upon moving in, but other than that my move in experience was pleasant. The staff was very kind and made sure I knew all of their policies.
