    Horrible management and never reachable

    This is the worst and most dishonest storage facility I've ever come across. The employees are mouthy and completely impossible to work with.

    Best storage in the greater Seattle area

    Best storage in the greater Seattle area. I searched around for the best deal for long-term or short-term storage. They have great customer service great hours superclean and super safe right off the highway what is the future and easily accessible from the north south east and west.

    Quick and painless move in, very accomodating and helpful

    I needed a storage unit asap, last minute. They have carts and trolleys (whatever you want to call them) free to use which makes moving in a breeze.

    very helpful and friendly staff

    So far my experience with Tukwila self storage had been good. The truck they provide for was perfect and what a money saver. The one compliant i would have is i feel i was deceived slightly, i asked for a 1st floor storage room because I knew the elevator was going to be hard to maneuver, little did i know the first floor is actually the ground floor. I just wish that was made a little clearer because i ended up having to move a whole house worth of stuff in the elevators which took sooooo much more time.
