Elevator door aggressively closes, making loading and unloading into/out of the elevator very cumbersome. Mark was very helpful and an excellent guy. Convinced me to buy a bunch of materials I didn't know I needed and ended up using! Spent about $160 and used it all

The reservation was easy

The reservation was easy, they followed up several times as my schedule changed and I had to reschedule. The paperwork was quick and easy to understand. The storage area is just what we wanted.

The service was exceptional. Derek was able to show me units immediately and I was able to select the one I wanted and complete the transaction in a few minutes. He was professional and courteous and very patient throughout the entire process.

I rate Public Storage a 4, as the price of units changes frequently and there's only incentives for first-time renters, not for those of us who rent several units at the facility. But I rate the manager, Mark, at 5 stars! He is personable, watchful and really cares about his customers and their storage needs. He has been a great addition to this location.
