Great experience at Public Storage, it's always nice when you face times of change, sometimes it may not be something we as customers or used to, but its nice when people are helpful, professional, and caring when they may not no your situation.

Josh was amazing to work with. He was considerate, helpful, informative, friendly, and respectful. I have rented at other sites before so Josh was a pleasant surprise.

Megan and Alex were awesome in helping me get set up for my storage unit. Very happy I got a unit at this location.

This storage location is well maintained, secure, and the manager is awesome. Megan helped me out when I arrived all stressed out. My movers where a nightmare and I just wanted to throw everything in a storage locker and be done with it. Megan made the whole process quick and easy. She gave me examples on how to store my things so that I could fit everything into a locker that I could afford and helped me find some packing supplies to repack some fragile items. Highly recommend this storage place. Thanks Megan for all the help.

I'm very happy with the support, care and customer sensitive service I have received at this facility. Despite the intrusion of the city's road construction project, onto the property in recent years, I have been a customer here for well over ten years. A major factor in my extended stay is the office staff who continue to be professional, willing to listen and sensitive to the needs of the renters.

I like the size of mine and convenyens of the 24hr unit

The only thing I really really hate and disapprove of is this 30 min......time if you can fix that is The only issue with me for the 24hr units that is way way not enough time for light it drives me bonkers anyways you guy most likely won't do any thing about it so I don't even know why I just type all this thank you otherwise unit 267jason steen

Long time customer!

I believe that Public Storage is a safe and secure storage provider. It is expensive but well worth it if you value what you store. I wish my location 116th St. had a gate. Allie the manager is terrific! She is smart, helpful, and very accommodating.

Great facility with some hidden costs

The property manager Dora was very professional and helpful. The Website did not specify the need for on site insurance or the rates, or the need for custom in house cylinder locks. I was expecting such things to be needed but it would be better if the website were more forthright on possible additional charges.
