    Parking - Great Location, Service and Value!

    Facilities clean and fresh looking as well as secure. Work construction around the country and very happy with this choice! Friendly, answered all questions and got a couple free totes too! Highly Recommend!

    Doubled rent in year. Still raising rates.

    The new management has taken over, and they have completely ruined it. They continue to do additional work such as re-paving the property, when it wasn't needed. They did a cheap paint job. And in the process, they have DOUBLED the rent. $143 dollars a month for NON - heated storage. I've also been trapped inside the complex, due to their faulty gate. They have damaged items in my unit by pressure washing dirt, and water underneath my unit's door. You can find heated storage near by for the same price. Save your money. Rent somewhere else. They are a complete joke.

    Needed staging area before moving

    Kingston Vault Storage is a great resource for someone like myself who is in the process of moving, and needs a staging area to organize and prioritize belongings before moving into final destination. I found Kingston Vault clean, friendly and professional. Nate guided me through the process like a champ, he was patient and kind. I noticed that the facility was very safe and secure, with cameras and staff on point. I will highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of extra storage space.
