    It was quick and easy to start renting

    It was quick and easy to start renting. The lady was really friendly and helpful. I was disappointed that the gutter above my unit had a hole and dent in it so it leaked on us the entire time we were loading it up. Water was carried into the unit on totes, our feet, and our bodies. We returned today with towels to dry out the unit. I let the gal in the office know about the damaged gutter.

    The staff person Alex was so good

    The staff person Alex was so good. Friendly and Professional. Unit is clean and safe. But PLEASE don't entice folks in the door with $1 for first month and then its $80 out the door. Suggestion, tell folks to bring a lock :)

    This is a well run storage site and a very good value

    Your rates are very attractive. The unit I was given to rent seems to be dry and tidy and well suited to my needs. Jeannie, the onsite staff lady, is very nice and efficient. The security cameras and gate security seems to be functional and in good working order. I don't have any complaints, I think this is a well run storage site.

    I got the storage unit based on price. I was surprised by the awesome customer service by Teuila. I made my reservation online and she called me moments after I completed my reservation. She made sure I had everything I needed for a smooth move.

    I have used public Storage 3 times now...

    I have used public Storage 3 times now over the years. I have had great experiences every time. I really think they are doing better every time I have come back. The security has improved quite a bit and would recommend them to anyone.
