It's a little on the pricy side, but the facility is very much safe.

I would recommend Burlington Freeway Storage to anyone who is looking the staff was great and very helpful. Their security is also a big part in why I chose here I’ve had bad experiences in the past with other facilities…here I know my things are secure they got 24hour surveillance that covers every corner of the place on site management. Price is also really great!

Storage: GREAT, Communication: huh??? what's that??

The heated space we rented was everything it was advertised to be. Clean, Secure, Warm. BUT, when it comes time to empty your space, and close the account, cross yer fingers! When I was in the office to initially rent the unit, I know staff there answered the phone. Our conversation had a couple brief, fully understandable interruptions. But when it came time to coordinate a move-out, with the promised "pro-rated last month's rent", the advertised phone number rings in some far off "customer service" center, where they insist there is no option to reduce that last charge. "Sure, you're going to move out 4 days into your rental period? Just pay your regular rent!" "Customer Service" refuses to provide a phone number that will ring in Burlington.

WILL is Amazing!

So I set up unit and was told to perform a confirmation call over the phone if nobody calls me shortly. I called an hour later and talked with a 3rd party. I drove an hour with things to store assuming the third party was on site or had detailed information. I see the unit and I become upset because I was quoted incorrect dimensions. And some of my items will not fit. Will is a great manager. He deescalated the situation and found a solution , at no increased cost to me for the month. He seems to genuinely care about things and wanted to correct the third parties incorrect statistics for the place.

Super easy to get to and very clean

Looking online using sparefoot was easy to find what we were looking for. Kept in contact with us to make sure we were satisfied. The front counter person was very helpful and gave us everything we needed.

had an ok experience; I didn't return the confirmation call and they rented out my space. They "made it right" by giving me 2 spaces, but I ended up paying more monthly anyways.

My passcode was entered incorrectly so I couldn't get access my first time to the storage unit, but thankfully there was someone in the office and she corrected it promptly and I was on my way. Other than that I cant complain.

Lovely and quick service. High security compound

I had a great experience with this company. The receptionist was really nice and helpful with finding the right unit for me. And after locating a couple spots I was given a tour of the units by a man named Brandon, who was genuinely happy to show me around the facility. They both answered all of my questions well and gave me plenty of options and tips about the units I was looking at. Signing up was a breeze as well, and I was able to move in my stuff immediately. So, in my option as a first timer with renting storage, I'd say it couldnt of gone any better!
