Be sure you have access to unit and paperwork done before moving in day.

I dont know if it was a bait and switch or if they are genuinely that incompetent but really do everything ( get keys) Before move in day. Trust me.

So this was my first time renting a...

So this was my first time renting a storage unit so I had no clue what I was doing or ANYTHING so anyways once I got to my appointment Densise was so freakin helpful and she was super kind! She wanted to make sure I had everything I needed and I understood everything and if I had any questions what so ever to ask her she's the perfect example of how you'd want customer service type stuff to go and sometime you know you get bad customer service but not with her she was awesome! It made this first time experience a lot easier and a lot more enjoyable

It is storage

It is in a very seedy part of town, and you have to keep your eyes open, but it is a storage place. Rent is competitive, but the staff is like the place, about average: a step or two up from a pawn shop or "We Buy Gold" store. I needed it, it was there, and it has been easy to deal with. But, I would rather be at some other location. Public Storage is a good enough company. They keep things running well and the area is clean and as safe as they can make it. You could do a lot worse.
