The team in Lacey did a great job

clean but a bit awkward

I appreciated this affordable unit. Has the new and kind manager. This one does not have outdoor parking for rigs just closed units. There's room to back up to them but there isn't a way to pull in and out going forward without backing up somewhere. If it got busy it would be very awkward.

Easy Process

I reserved my storage space, was contacted immediately. Went in the next day, the young lady that took care of us was awesome, process was easy. They provide good security on their property and ensure you are well taken care of. They have reasonable prices in the area.

Out of all the storage places in town...

Out of all the storage places in town this one has been my favorite. Hopefully when u go in u get Max to help you! Prices are the best I could find in Olympia and access is till nine pm. The units are really nice and clean and the height is taller than any amount of boxes u could probably stack up there. Bring ur own lock with a key and save 20$ by not having to purchase their lock.

This five star rating system is...

This five star rating system is probably nonsense. I have a feeling that the gentleman that rented me my unit will get crapped upon for anything less than a perfect 5 star review, as corporate culture is harsh and irrational. So here is my perfect five star review: I felt slightly rushed through the signup process, and the facility smells like farts. But then again, so does the whole neighborhood. It is what it is. I'll still store my stuff here until I have a reason not to.

I've used Public Storage facilities...

I've used Public Storage facilities previously. The features and conditions vary with the market, with the higher end markets being typically better maintained with a greater selection of amenities. I actually looked at several equally conveniently Public Storage locations on-line and visited two before renting a unit. I have always found staff pleasant, respectful, and knowledgeable about their facilities. During the rental process,they always offer to up-sell, but are never obnoxious. I'm temporarily storing household items during a move. Public Storage is a safe, convenient, and inexpensive alternative to living with a pile of boxes in the living room.

I reserved online. Juanita called to confirm it the next day and we scheduled a walk through. She was the employee who rented me my unit. She called to follow up as well. She was thorough, kind, funny and efficient.

Price of rental does not include rental ...

Price of rental does not include rental insurance. When quoting monthly cost, should include rental insurance. Caught off guard when service manager state, "oh by the way you are required rental insurance of $11.00 monthly on top of rental". This needs to be stated by customer service rep before making reservation.

I was very impressed with the customer service I received, very professional and very detailed with explaining the contract. The storage unit that i received was very clean. The only thing i would suggest is maybe put in a light for the storage units especially with the shorter days coming.
