I just moved to WA from out of state, and my new home wasn’t ready to live in. On very short notice, I had to find climate-controlled self-storage, and I was only generally aware of area. I used selfstorage.com to find what I needed, and CubeSmart in Lacey was it. CubeSmart’s digital paperwork went so smoothly and easily, and the price reasonable. I was able to reach the facility’s daily attendant by phone. The moving van was able to navigate the storage area, and the storage unit was clean, along with the whole facility. So, initial setup was great. Hopefully the longer-term review will be just as good.

Extreme Efficiency & Outstanding Customer Service!!

I moved here from the State of Alabama recently and after I drove over 2500 miles I arrived in Washington State. There was a problem with getting into my new apartment so I had to find a storage facility. I was exhausted and still had to unload and return my rental truck. I went online found CUBE SMART and booked a unit.Five minutes later I recieved a call from the facility to ask me, if they could do anything to help me!They gave me directions and when I arrived the paperwork and rental process took only 15 minutes. Personal Service and EXTREME Efficiency!

This facility and staff is very nice. Its very clean, and the staff are just awesome. Very professional. They were able to get us into a unit right away after they took the time to show us around to find the right size . They are very friendly and very understanding and will do what they can to work with you. Both Marcy and Ashley did some wonders working with us while going through a difficult time. It not have seemed like a great deal, but it was more than enough. We can't thank them enough! Besides that this place is very nice and I would highly recommend it!!

Excellent and very professional

I made a reservation 2 days before I needed a storage unit. Ashley helped me find exactly what I needed to fit my needs. I have had many storage units in my life. Cube smart is the cleanest with great security, and a friendly staff. I highly recommend them for all storage needs.

Quick and easy

We were pleased overall with the unit and the customer service. It would have been nice to know prior to signing that we would need to show proof of insurance. It would have saved us $12/month.

Awesome Facility and Staff

We have been looking for a place to store our belongings and we could not find a facility that met our needs or they were outrageously overpriced for what they offered. Cube Smart Storage was exactly the opposite! They had exactly what we needed at a reasonable price and the staff was professional, understanding of our needs, and the facility was clean and secure. Miss Natalie, Customer Service Representative that handled our needs was courteous and she represents the epitome of what a Customer Service Representative should be. She greeted us with a smile and answered all of our questions. If you need a storage facility to handle your needs, then go here for sure!!!
