The storage area was clean and safe. It was confusing to figure out how to get a live person. However when I went in person they were very helpful and kind. They explained how everything works.

Good overall - watch out for “required” insurance

Great customer service rep at the counter. Clean facility, easy to access. Only complaint is the “required” insurance that they try to spring on you just before moving in, then conveniently offer an in-house insurance option for an additional $15/month.

Excellent No Contact Move-In

They made it a lot easy on me for no contact move in and rental during this pandemic.

Can count on public storage to help store belongings

Never rented out a storage before. And now that I was in need to put my belongings away Public storage came in handy . Great access and nice facility

All good, no complaints, got a thorough tour along with simple instructions on pass codes and times I can be at storage unite, all was made easy with Public Storage staff.

My 2nd storage experience started out ...

My 2nd storage experience started out great until I went in to store some things in my unit. The lady (Alicia I think) that helped me decided to switch the floors on my access code so I couldn't get to the 2nd floor. Why she changed it I have no clue but it delayed me from getting to my unit and by then the issue was closed. So I called the number on the website. The lady I spoke with was so helpful. I was taking a risk since I didn't know if she was going to be able to help. She was indeed able to help and confirmed Alicia did move the floors on my access code and moved them back so I could get into the unit. Unfortunately I had trouble a 2nd time same issue what ever was done before was only temporary? But the gentlemen from calling again that helped me went above and beyond on the phone to make sure I didn't have anymore problems. I couldn't thank him enough.

I reserved my unit online earlier this week and went in today to see the space and lock it down. I've never rented a storage space before so I was nervous about the process. I thought I was going to have to wait forever, get upsold and forced to buy things that I didn't need but nope! Christina was awesome! She was polite and helped me through all the paperwork I needed to sign. She showed me what they had available to help me move but I never felt pressured. I am going through a stressful time and her assistance and calm demeanor really helped me get through this storage process peacefully.

I just had a great experience with the Customer Guest Associate Jerome. He is new at this location, but was as friendly and knowledgeable as the regular staff there. There has been a lot of turn over but the property is always very well maintained (clean) and customer service has been great. Glad to see they keep good people staffed there.

It was easy to reserve a storage unit online and the staff was friendly and fast in helping me with the forms to sign. The next day I needed to move to a larger unit and received great service to move the next day. Christina helped with picking out a unit and making the transition very smooth and fun. Climate control storage was our basic need. Exceptional customer service is what we received in addition to our need. Thanks to Linda who made some extra calls to accommodate our requirements, while totally swamped with other customers. She never lost her cool in multi tasking. Thanks!

I needed a place to put my RV for short storage and Public Storage was there. The service I got from Joyce was right on and painless she knows her job. The registration process was fast and thorough all my questions were answered, also things I never thought of were brought to my attention. It was easy to get in and out of my parking spot. One thing is that there needs to be a automatic gate installed for the RV parking lot.

This place is great !!

This was the first time I ever had to get a storage unit - I thought of these places as dimly lit, creepy places. I did a pretty thorough search on the internet, found a location that was pretty convenient, offered a competitive rate for the size unit I was looking for, and crossed my fingers. I walked in, talked to Joyce, who set everything up quickly, and I was unloaded and done in no time. Place is well lit, fairly secure, and the facility is designed well. I came back the next weekend with my wife, and even she wasn't creeped out. Couldn't be happier with how this has turned out so far.
