overall pretty good

Our biggest issue with them was when we tried to move in, the storage unit was locked so we couldn’t move in the night we were supposed to. This ended up costing us an extra $60 or so because we were using a UHaul. However, I think that this was just a training issue (the individual who helped me during office hours forgot to go unlock the unit) and not systemic.

Awesome staff

No second thoughts about this place, staff is awesome, gates are secure, cameras are on point. It's tucked away which is nice.

Easy to work with

I was not able to find a storage unit in thr Spokane area until I found Keylock Storage. I showed up 10 minutes early and the gal was sweet enough to open early and help me. She could tell I was very stressed and went above and beyond to help make the move in easy and fast. I highly recommend this place for any a storage needs.

Easiest part of my move from Texas to Idaho

Great experience. Lady at desk very helpful and easy to work with. Storage unit clean and ready for my movers. Great location outside Spokane in Mead so no traffic to deal with. Highly recommend.

The office staff was awesome (Randy)! But you do need to Mark the RV spaces better

Friendly, efficient staff, clean units with good access.

Staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. Explained the registration process very well, which was conducted efficiently. Unit was clean and dry. Ready access to unit with reasonable maneuvering room. Staff ensured access to and from unit was understood and provided route recommendations to ensure best possible access and egress by truck.
