Great unit and service

We were greeted by a courteous and professional employee. (Jacob)? He showed us our unit which was clean and ready to go. He then walked us through the sign up process and explained everything to us. Well cared for facility. Excellent service and staff.

This was the first time we had ever rented a storage unit. Brian made it very easy, he explained how the system worked, showed us around and answered all our questions. He gave us his card and said we could call him anytime.

was fast easy and no issues. only thing is that it should say insurance required when reserving rather then when you show up.. 15 a month for 5k coverage seems a little steep since i get 100k coverage on my renter insurance for 20... but service manager was great and getting paperwork done was fast and efficient.

Very easy to setup account and start using the facility right away. Very easy and pleasant experience and will use Public Storage again in the future.

I've used the Public Storage facility located at 2636 NE Hogan Dr, Gresham, OR 97030 several times over the past 18 years. As time goes by policies may change but the service and staff remains the same. Always a pleasure doing business with Public Storage.

Alex was very helpful, showing us 3 different size units so we could select the proper size. Paperwork was done quickly and with explanations given clearly.

This was my first time using storage and the first location I went to didn't have a discounted first month for the size unit I needed so I was sent to this location. It was very easy and helpful. Alex showed me the unit and quickly got me checked in and on my way. Thank you.
