Target of theft

Nancy and staff were truly wonderful. That said this is NOT a safe place to store your vehicle. We were vandalized twice in four months. Many rv’s have been broken into. A plumber lost all his tools. A non-functional vehicle was even towed off the lot. This place is a target despite security cameras and lights. They also only have a duty to notify you if YOUR vehicle is damaged. So beware if you are already parked here

Was greeted with amazing customer service, they showed me around the entire property and where my vehicle would be stored. Great pricing and discounts. Would highly recommend.

Extremely friendly and helpful. Once I arrived they gave me a pretty good price then asked several questions trying to get me the best discount. Then they showed me around the property to my storage space and showed the several security cameras they had set up. If I ever need storage again, I will definitely be using them.

Willing to work with you

I have been here close to a year and as long as you communicate with the staff about what you need or want to do they will work with you for the most part as long as it's within guideline rules and regulations they won't break the rules to lose their job for you but they're willing to work with you. This was my first time renting a storage unit and the people working made it a breeze! The facility is very, very clean and climate controlled. There's an elevator to the higher floors.

Good Price, Easy move in

Reserved a unit online that ended up being cheaper and 4x the size of what we were renting before elsewhere. Showed up and the process was quick and easy to get us in. Facility is cleaner than other places too.

Great management, that goes above and beyond

Was coming in from out of town, and running late. Management bet considerately handled the paperwork over the phone and stayed until I was able to remotely sign.
