    Best bang for your buck

    The location is nice, the appearance is the nicest I've seen of any storage unit facility, location is great for me, my only issue is the hours to access the storage unit. I'd rather have 24hr access or at least earlier/later access. There's no management or security personnel on site so I don't see why they couldn't have it 24 hr being it's all automated.

    Swift and direct customer service

    Personnel are knowledgeable, facilities are well kept but the main storage units are about 1 mile away from the offices. Overall, service was very positive.

    Customer service easily strained by having to juggle two locations.

    Personnel do not handle customers well. No greeting function. No crowd control.. Office and storage two miles apart aggravates situation.

    It’s suitable for what I need.

    Needed an extra storage space while to store some of my things for several months until my house is built. It’s clean and easy access to get to your things when needed. Staff is very helpful to assist you with any questions.
