Filthy Facility

I reserved 2 large units for today. When I arrived the parking lot had trash laying all over. One of my reserved units had a door that would not open at all. The second unit had no locking device. Someone had cut off the lock holders. Not very secure at all if the locking devices can be cut that easily. I won't be putting my belongings there.

I live out of state was in town to pick up belongings and had more than i thought so i needed a unit fast and everything was saidand done over the phone cause facility was closed and in less then 10 mins we were all set and an hour later we moved our stuff in. It was clean and the attended was awesome.....

Nice unit for a good price!

This is my 3rd time using Cobb's Creek Storage. It's clean, reasonably priced, and the staff is very friendly and helpful!

Open Area

I've used Cobb's Creek Storage before. They are nice units, plenty of room to drive your vehicle up to your unit. The property is clean and the unit is clean, minus the normal spiders and webs. Great customer service!

Perfect Customer Service

We had the most perfect customer service experience with the office...The facility could be more secure but the price is certainly right!

Very unclean. Doors are hard to open. Not happy

I was given a choice of three units to pick from but when I showed up one was already taken, the other one I couldn't open because the latch was rusted shut and the last unit was dirty and filled with spider webs. I called the number I was given and they gave me a list of 4 more units. Three out of the four were open and all were very unclean. I found a broom and cleaned out the unit myself. When I finished loading the unit the contracted Maintenace man showed up and was very apologetic and explained he was never informed that someone was moving in. I will be looking for a new storage facility after I get settled.

I would love to see cameras around the facility.

I had to sweep out unit of broken glass and dirt from previous renter.
