Everyone was so easy to work with. They put us in another locker until ours was accessible.

Saves a lot of time

Using the site was the best way to go. Usually, when there is an app that is supposed to make things easier, it doesn't. When they are supposed to be user-friendly, they're not. This service saved me the hours I would have spent looking at every company for the unit size I needed, and then in the area or surrounding area where I wanted a storage unit. Then I would start searching for prices and promotions and weigh those factors against my desired location, size, and availability. This service took 10 minutes and added more filters to my search, like drive-up accessible and 24-hour tenant access. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a storage unit. The best part is that they also get you a better price than if you paid directly to the storage facility.

Good facility and very helpful site manager

We got the AAA rate with one month free. But we moved in a couple day later than our reserved date. Shawn was very helpful to modify our reservation and made us still be eligible for the discounted rate. He was also very patient at explaining everything from the keylock to auto-payment. Very good experience with the facility. The only downside is, the gate is not locked. But the manager explained there are tenants living here in the facility and helping to maintain the certain level of the security. Will recommend anymore to choose them for storage.

Affordable but lacking in security

The owner was very friendly and helpful and helped us get the storage unit size we were looking for. The main thing that worries us is that there is 24-hour access but no gate.

Guy in the office was awesome and to the point.

So far so good, no complaints.

Mediocre

The place is average. Not great, not awful. The Manager doesn't seem like he knows the policies and forms very well. One issue is the facility is not secured, the gate is wide open 24 hours. So any one can come in any time. Also the lighting is not the best. Fortunately I don't plan to be here long. If I needed long term storage I would look elsewhere.

AAAA Self Storage lives up to its name. Although a little older it's a nice facility, well run, with friendly customer service.

Overall good experience.
