Clean faculty but staff need to clarify itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s time renters time.

I was told by a on site staffer that on my move in date I would have until 9:30 but everything became chaotic when I woman approached my husband and said we had 3 minutes to get our stuff in the elevator and back down and the truck out or we would be locked in. We had great difficulty understanding what she was saying so we were running around getting everything squared away. It was extremely stressful. Our items are safely put away but the timing issues were frustrating.

Everything was a breeze. Property Management contacted me within an hour of reserving to introduce herself and address any questions or concerns. More than what I expected out of a storage unit facility.

Excellent facility & staff!

Excellent, helpful, knowledgable staff - Carrie especially was a great help several times! Facility is modern, clean, well lit, easy to use, conveniently located - and it always feels safe. One suggestion: Please consider having a couple of chairs available in the office area, for people who plan to meet each other there, and have to wait awhile. Same for someone waiting for their moving company to arrive and meet them there.

Roaches at storage facility

Pretty good unit. After I moved my things in, I was at the elevators and an adult cockroach crawled by. Ugh. Now, I have to buy more sealed storage bins with lids and make sure everything in that storage unit is in a sealed bin and safe from roaches and other bugs
