    Awesome Customer Service

    I rented on a hoiday..made reservations online. That morning I received a call to welcome me and introduce herself...Mrs.Lorrain was amazing! We had a lil situation..my furniture was too big for the space I originally rented. Mrs.Lorrain handled everything..with a smile. Thank you Mrs Lorrain for being a blessing on a cloudy day

    Insurance

    I wish the other storage unit had insurance cause I lost my year old mattress and box spring to the mice. Don't think you don't need it? Don't learn the hard way.

    Jeff Davis locale- Fantastic

    This particular location (Jeff Davis) is very friendly and inviting. The staff are always friendly and in a good mood. The area around the location is clean and you can always see someone around working. I rented for 8 years and no longer needed a unit. When I found myself in need of storage again, it was a no-brainer to choose this company and location. Great company to do business with. Thank you Tabitha, Keisha, and the others that came before them.

    It was quick and easy

    It was quick and easy. The front desk attendant was awesome. I don't want to spell her name wrong but it started with a J. I lost the card with her name on it. But she was awesome. Friendly and polite and explained everything clearly.

    Karla is extraordinary!!! She's a great asset to your company. She was doing overtime this day. Even though she wasn't supposed to to past her time, she waited for me. I was in a bad situation and had to move quickly & called her to find help of what to do with my things. She waited for me. She felt my pain.
