    Donna was excellent

    Donna was an excellent person to work with moving into the storage unit. she had everything in order and was able to help fix the mistakes that I had made with double booking. I recommend to anyone needing a storage unit.

    Wonderful service, clean and easy to rent

    Great customer service during check-in

    Prices seem to have gone up everywhere; this facility seems about mid to high range of what I was looking for but proximity to my job truly made my decision. The customer service was quick, helpful, and pleasant. Not thirty minutes after I made the initial reservation, (Aaliyah?Alicia? Sorry I can't remember!) already was calling to confirm and let me know what they needed and asked if I had other questions. Two days later I stopped in during a lunch break to fill out the contract and Amanda was very informative and expeditious in getting me in and out, and going as far as to show me the best way to get to my unit by pulling up a layout of the floor and units. Having had a few storage units with other companies before this, it was a very pleasant experience.

    GREAT PEOPLE - GREAT FACILITIES

    I have used many different storage facilities over many years, but I can say without any hesitation that OCEAN STORAGE is the best of the best. The customer service reps are efficient, friendly and extremely professional. The loading and unloading area is large, accommodating at least 3 vehicles immediately in front of the doors, with adequate space one either side for at least 4 additional vehicles at the same time. There are plenty of carts to use to move items to and from your storage unit. The passageways between the units are wide enough to allow for people to come and go at the same time. And - the storage units themselves are extremely clean and well lit. This is a GREAT storage facility and I highly recommend it!
