Spacious/convenient

It’s enough space for my things, it’s nice and clean and I like that they leave a lock and keys for you because I didn’t have time to go and purchase a lock and key. I would recommend Life Storage if you need nice,clean,and spacious units and the pricing is very decent. I’m a happy customer thanks life storage.

Good facility for the price

Check-In was quick and easy since they have Rapid Rental. The floor of the unit had some oil on it but nothing we can’t deal with. Overall clean and friendly.

Needed to put my belongings in storage quickly because of a death in my family. Gina at facility 052 was fantastically helpful. She answered all my questions and had info I did not even think to ask. Perfect experience!!! Gina is a treasure.

Overall experience..

When I contacted sparefoot I was told this location had gate access 24/7, when I got to the storage location I was told there was a monthly fee to have 24/7 gate access. Gina was extremely helpful in getting me all the information I needed for their other location that had free 24/7 access but ultimately the deal I was getting at her location was worth staying there. Had she not been so kind and helpful I might have gone to a different location or storage company altogether, but her customer service is what kept me there. I appreciate all her help in getting me not only a unit I needed but also a good deal!!!
