Best storage so far

Store managers are very helpful

I met two two managers name were Joe and Sat (? Sorry, not sure for spelling) Both of the guys were wonderful and sooooo helpful. Really impressive to me. They looked like not only enjoy their job, but also always ready to help to solve any problem if their customer need help. Especilly with Sat (?), I felt very comfortable when I got in trouble due to no experience using storage before. He helped me a lot with big smile. I really appreciate to him.

More staffing necessary

The gentleman at the desk was very overwhelmed. It took a long time to get checked in and he had more customers than he could help. He tried as best he could.

easy, hassle-free, and just what I needed

I called this location to inquire about how much space I would need (based off amount of stuff). Employee was very friendly and eager to explain. Offered to meet me at the location and walk me through different options. I saw one I liked, filled out the paper work, and moved in the next day! So easy. bonus points- great location and super easy to access units only negative is the price- but I think it's par for the course in the area, if not a bit cheaper.
