    Why not be 24 hours

    Great space for the price, location was a little too discreet for my taste up in the hill. Hope security is good. Great customer service, I had a female and we played phone tag almost for two whole days and she was nice as can be and patient with me and my lack of computer knowledge lol.

    I’d give an excellent review but can’t due poor customer service.

    My experience with Sparefoot was positive, but direct customer service before and afterwards by the Local Storage company has been awful. Calls weren’t returned, despite the recorded assurance that I’d here back within 24 hours. I paid online, received a gate code and unit number, 027. The unit was dirty but I had items to store with me, so I stowed them and put my lock in the door. The next day I returned with two car loads of items and a friend to help. When we got there there was a second lock on the door so we had to turn around and leave. I called and used Local Storage website to leave an urgent message. The website wouldn’t upload my message, and no one returned my call. I lost at least two days access to my unit. If this isn’t resolved soon, I’ll have to post a negative review. I am 72, disabled, and live on a small monthly income. This is already costing me more than what I’ve already paid.

    Good location. Improved appearance

    Pricey since new ownership. There is never a scheduled on-site person as in the past. I feel that there could be at least one Saturday or Sunday when there is someone in the office. Calls to the company number take 24 hours for a response. I know it is an automated cost savings process but one day a week to have a warm body in the office is not asking much I do not think.

    Convenience off of major roadway

    Reserved a unit and the call back was immediately returned, answered all my questions and went over every detail with me as to moving in!!

    Price good but security lacking

    This facility in Bedford had the best price in the area for storage but the gate was open when we arrived and appeared inadequate and broken.

    Could be better but is ok

    Custom service isn’t always available which was hard to communicate with them since I was on work schedule too. Plus the lights outside the unit weren’t working.

    Finding your unit may take a moment, but the process after that is simple!

    Most padlocks will work at the units. Customer service was amazing!

    Clean and easy move in experience

    Super easy to reserve and book my storage unit. I was able to do everything over the phone and online. Customer sevice was able to get me into a storage unit in less than an hour of my original call. Thank you!
