Friendly but limited options

The customer service was very good. But I rented a space that turned out to be on a 2nd level (which wasn’t mentioned on the offer) and the ceiling was less tall than I was told on the phone. Pricing is pretty reasonable if you accept those little inconveniences.

The folks at the front office were amazing! They were very helpful in many ways. I liked that they made sure I had a unit that would be observed with cameras, as I am a woman & felt a little uneasy with being in this place alone. A big AWESOME! to all the women I spoke to in the Office. They really take their jobs seriously & are very professional.

Learning experience

Went there with a reservation for a $50 unit, people need to understand that this does not mean their unit is on the floor, you need to know if you need a floor unit or you can handle a unit that is stacked much like the top shelf at a Costco, I had to switch to a ground unit that cost more and was larger but truly this is on me, however it would be nice if the unit you reserved was explained to you, also didn't know I needed insurance but that is probably typical and something I will know in the future.

Great Price, but you get what you paid for.

I got a 5'x10'x5' unit for only $50 a month. The unit was huge and had plenty of room for the dorm items I was storing, however it was a stacked unit, which it made it very difficult to move everything into. It's definitely worth the price despite the hard time, you get what you pay for, and the cheaper price is worth a little bit of heavy lifting!

Clean and great Location!

Great location in Arlington, clean, secure, and the entire building is air conditioned. Only aspect that could improve are the hours which you can have access. Why close at 6 in the city? Most places are open until 10! Pricing is average for the area.

I had no issues. The unit was waiting for me. But beware of the skybox/mezzanine units -- they are VERY high up. My movers broke a ceiling light moving stuff in.
