    Worst customer service!

    Save yourself and take your things anywhere else!!! The WORST, laziest, most incompetent people running this place!!! I tried to throw some things away in their dumpster that says it's for pink for storage units and it was locked. Had to call 10 times before someone would pick up, she did not want to come unlock it, had to wait 10 minutes for her to come unlock it. She wouldn't let me dump anything but a broken bin and said the dumpster is for the workers who live above the office. YIKES. Seriously, go anywhere else to store your things. You'll have better luck. You're welcome.

    Moving from St George and needed storage for 6 months

    The process of completing paperwork was fantastic. She was very acknowledged and very efficient. I would definitely recommend this storage unit to any one.

    Friendly staff that's been in the business a long time!

    Was greeted very warmly by the staff, who explained the process and showed me to my unit. Very easy access even to hallway units, clean spaces and a really fair price (2 first months 50% off!). Bring a lock if you have one or get it for 10$ with the office, Great stuff!

    Overall fantastic service and great units!

    Would highly recommend to friends and family! This complex has a clean, inviting atmosphere and the service is kind and helpful! I was able to get exactly what I needed to escape a bad situation. Thank you Pink Door Storage!

    Great experience!!!

    Samantha was incredible! It’s so nice to know that customer Service is still alive! She was attentive, kind and was incredible showing me multiple units to help me decide which one was perfect for my needs! All I can say is big thumbs up to Sam and Pink storage!!

    Spare foot review

    The Secretary that helps us set up the unit was very friendly. She made us feel confident in the security and facility it's self. The cost was quite reasonable.

    A great storage facility

    My move in experience was perfect! No issues and the office staff was friendly and helpful. I was Not aware that a specific lock was needed for purchase when I arrived and had previously bought a lock myself. If I had Known beforehand that would have been great but other than that I had a great experience and will definitely be using spare foot in the future.
