Reservations do not guarantee a unit, further approval would be needed. All units are FCFS basis. Please contact our office for further assistance, our hours are as listed Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday's 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Locks are not provided, we require disk locks which can be found at hardware stores near you. POWER NOTE: Power can be restricted by management at any time. An additional charge for power is required.

Heritage Storage

My move came unexpectedly, therefore I needed storage on an emergency basis. I found Heritage Storage online and called to get information. When I spoke to the customer service agent he was able to answer my questions and concerns and helped make this situation seem like a non-emergency. After making the reservation on the phone with the customer service agent I was able to confirm and secure storage in a very short time frame. The whole process took me less than one hour from the initial call to the customer service specialist to visiting the onsite facility to secure the unit. I can't express how happy I was, not to mention stress-free due to the immediacy of need. Thank you for such a seamless process and transaction.

reasonable and fair

Made one reservation to look at the storage and immediately decided to go with it. Unit was clean and ready to rent. There wasn't a lot if conditions are restrictions to the rental agreement.

I've been very happy with the facility

We like the large sizes that are available. The accessibility to the units is great because of the very wide asphalt strip running down between the units.The security lighting makes it easy to access things at night if I need. to.

Very accommodating!

I have enjoyed a very positive experience with Heritage Storage. My questions are answered in a timely manner. The unit is so easy to get to when I want to retrieve something or put something inside. Mr. Chipping is super friendly and assists me as needed. I highly recommend this place!!!
