PLEASE NOTE: We will contact you after your reservation is made online to set up a time to complete out your reservation. You may also come into the main office during normal business hours. Our main office is located at: 308 N Industrial Waco, TX 76710 254-Storage - Tranquility location is located on the north bound side of I-35 between Crest and Craven. We are located close to the Department of Public Safety (DPS) and Texas State Technical College (TSTC). Our facility is well secured with key entry and a fully fenced perimeter. Moving supplies are available for sale at our main office location. A $10 key deposit is required at the time of move-in and is refundable at the time of move-out (with key returned).

    Works perfectly for storing a 1-bedroom apartment.

    Unit works for what I needed. Everyone was very helpful and getting the unit was easy. I will say that it was a little difficult to find the location, GoogleMaps sends you to the wrong place. My only suggestion would be to sweep out the units.

    I like the storage

    I like the storage. Good price for the space. I think you could improve it by putting an automatic gate with a pin pad or a clicker.

    Acquiring the unit was easy. The staff was very helpful. Arriving at the location, i wish there was more warning of the driveway, nearly had an accident with someone following too close. The gate could be in better condition and securing it is a hassle but again the price is agreeable. I noticed the surveillance cam on the entrance so that's nice. I hope its functional and not just for show. But there IS an issue with the other two cams i saw.
