The location and price for what we needed was the general draw to the place. The saying you get what you pay for rings true. The experience at the main location was disappointing. Proper help should of been there on this day. As for the facility well….

Overall I am very satisfied with the rental of this storage unit. When I first opened my unit, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the storage locker itself. The staff in the office were very kind and willing to help where they needed. I would rent from here again.

The unit was easy to get to and the as very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great location, average space

Location is really close to Baylor University, which is super helpful when it comes to moving your boxes. However, the facility itself is a little dingy- the gate is slow and to get out of the lot, you have to race out of your car to enter the code and rush back inside your car to drive out in time. The storage is a little rusty but will hold your things fine. Price might be a little steep for the storage units themselves, but the location is great.

No Stress and Great Service!

We had to get a storage unit at the very last minute and found this location less than a mile from our location. We were able to do everything over the phone and were moving in within the hour. They turned a stressful situation into a smooth experience and solved our problem. I would highly recommend them.

Great Service and Close to Baylor

Quick and easy to rent. I was able to take care of it all on my phone from Minnesota for my Baylor student.

Not the best, but got the job done

Receptionist gave me the wrong access code the day I moved in, so I had to call back to get the correct one. Also, the lock was a little difficult to handle, but overall the unit was clean and I was able to fit in everything I needed.

I looked for storage last minute, and 254 storage was very quick in replying to emails and efficient during the paperwork process! They have a great, convenient location right next to Baylor campus which was perfect for a student like me moving out for the summer!

Mostly good. Trash in unit before I moved in. There was some confusion about whether this unit was available or not.

Does what it needs to do. Affordable storage.
