    Secure and easy to get in and out

    The property manager was very helpful. Made sure my code worked to get in the gate. Showed me my unit. Explained the hours and to be out by 10:00 or I'd have to call the # on the gate.

    No free lock with move-in.

    Does the job and stores the stuff. Staff is nice and honest. Bring your own lock or be prepared to buy one from them.

    Very nice people. Grea customer care/service!!

    They were a great help from the start! Not only did hey give the best rates near our location, but they stayed on top of their game and ensured that we were given exactly what e needed, when we needed it. They didn't hassle us in trying to get us to give in to any crazy shenanigans. They have the best customer care/service I could find (most place greeted me with drear rude tones on the phone). They also have an abundance of locations so it wasn't a bother to us at all:) I would definitely recommend Cube Smart to anyone and EVERYONE.

    Clean and nice price but a little misguiding.

    We moved from Missouri to Texas for work. And we were referred to this storage unit through Penske moving truck rental. When we showed up it was very clean and a nice facility. The customer service was great. It took a while to get my paperwork done not only due the gentleman helping me be quite slow, but to a computer problem with the system. Also I was charged about double of what I thought I was going to be charged because when I was looking at locations, I chose this one because of the promotional deal of "half off of the first month". But that "special" was not really evident after all of the moving in cost, insurance cost, etc. etc. etc. that I did not know about prior to moving in. But that's okay. And when I left I saw a promotion sign on the front of their facility that said, "FREE first month of rent" . . . Now why did the people in side, not offer me that deal? So between all of these problems, I most likely will not go back to this facility.
