A clean on Man facility with proper security

After setting out my storage space online, I was able to effectively move in immediately once everything was approved. Upon first glance of whole facility entering in with code, everything looked adequate, clean and serviceable. Everything was easy to understand and modern in ways without hassle. Additionally, my only comment would be given that I’ve been in other storage facilities other facilities had carts to assist their customers to bring their items to their storage, which is an added convenience for those who don’t have such things like that thankfully I do. Overall, I give it a B+ in rating. But that’s not a bad review from this person.

my unit

When i check in. my combo lock to my unit did not work. luckily a rep from the district office was there. He switch my unit from B140 to B150. then I forgot to write down the new combo. I went into the app. it opens the gate but not my lock to my unit. I've send numerous messages for my combo. no response??? I need to get into my unit.

No bathrooms in any of your facilities. This is a huge drawback for me.

Your business lacks a personal courtesy to your customers but not have bathroom, nor did I see a sign stating no bathrooms, nor was I informed when I call for info about renting. This is unacceptable.
