Awesome Place

Got say I like everything about this place. The store Manager Casey is awesome ,she nice and friendly, her smile and wave when I come in makes my day.

Clean & friendly

This is the cleanest and friendliest storage facility I've ever rented from. The staff was very helpful in getting my unit set up.

Outstanding customer service!!

Everything has been incredibly easy with CubeSmart and the customer service has been awesome. The site manager called me prior to move-in to touch base and answer any questions that I might have. Once I arrived, I was greeted and escorted to my unit to view it prior to move-in. Each and every step was a true pleasure and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Pricing promotion hard to obtain

Reserved on line to lock in price and when we got there it took an hour and a half to fix the price so we could rent the unit. The manager was not even empowered to fix it himself.

It was very convient & staff was friendly!

On line reservation was great, it was smooth check-in!

Extra insurance charges added on

I was not aware there was a mandatory expensive monthly insurance charge added to the bill. You do not have a choice.

The facility is good, but they need lighting in the units. Mike's customer service was excellent. The second gentleman was nice also.

When I called in to make my reservation it connected me to a call center not the actual place that I wanted to rent from. The lady on the phone had no idea what she was talking about she booked me to big of a storage unit, that wasn't climate controlled for my household goods and when I asked if they gave out military discounts she told me no. So when I went into the store the gentleman in the store helped me out he got me the proper size unit and it was climate controlled. On top of all of that he gave me 20% off for military discount. so if you go get a unit just go into one of the stores and save your self the hassle of dealing with the call center people.
