Short Notice

We had to find a storage unit and move in on short notice after school was canceled for the semester. Fort Worth is far from home for both of us. We had never rented storage before and Adrian was awesome. She answered all of our questions (and our parents' questions!) and walked us through what the procedure would be. She called and texted after move-in to make sure we were happy and safely on our way home.

So far so good. Adriane was great to work with, she showed the units, explained everything that we'd need. Got some of our stuff moved in with no issues. Definitely need some more carts for public use, she's down to 1.

It's very easy to transact with public storage, either over the phone or in person. They also take security of their facility very seriously, which gives people peace of mind that their properties are safe.

great place my only issue is there is not one trash can anywhere around my storage locker

Lindsey was super helpful even thou she was handling 2 customer at once.

Great, Friendly Manager & Convenient Location!

Signing up and getting access to my space was super easy and the manager Ana is absolutely fabulous. I feel safe and it doesn't hurt that it is extremely convenient to access, with plenty of tools to move your stuff to and from your vehicle!
