    Fair pricing

    Fair pricing, decent location, climate controlled. Their "$1 for your first month" ends up being around $75 in reality since they make you buy keys and other fees so that's a little misleading.

    Sheryl is the best. I ask a lot of questions and she is always patient. The facility is clean, I see her picking up trash outside and inside ever time I am there. I like the hours and I feel safe when I'm the only person there. I just wish the storage prices were lower!

    Access Times

    The access times are not helpful. If I wouldn't have been in a rush to get to storage and paid attention. I would have went somewhere that has the high security as they have but with 24hour access. It's annoying, but very well kept.

    New Customer

    I needed a place to store salvaged items from my flooded house until the rebuild is complete. Public Storage in Richardson was very accommodating; they helped me decide what size I would need, and the payment will come right out of my paycheck which is very convenient.
