So far so good. I just moved in last weekend from a different storage facility. I am expecting this to be a better experience. I just feel they could use more staff. I like the extended hours here and the security. I really liked the online reservation and the rapid check in. There was still paperwork to do at the move in but it didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t tKe too long.

After researching online for a storage facility, I came across Life Storage and it was a great choice. Facility appears to be newer and is very nice and clean. I was very pleased with the pricing, the staff was professional, thorough and friendly. Everything was explained clearly and all questions were addressed.

Not recommended because they are too pricy for a facility that is not to close to the center of Houston
