They do not inform you of problems!

We visited our climate controlled storage unit to find it was way hotter than the non climate controlled units. When we inquired at the office we were told the A/C was broken. We asked why the tenants were not informed, and we were told management felt it was unnecessary. At the time we visited the A/C had been broken for 1 and ½ months and the parts were on back order with no estimated repair date! Its now been 2 months and not only did they not inform the tenants but they continued to collect the steep additional premium for climate control from all of the tenants! This is pure fraud! We brought it up many times with the building manager who was supposed to talk to the regional manager to get us a credit, but it has been a month now with no credit and no response regarding the credit despite numerous inquires and emails! This is seriously unprofessional and disturbing!

The staff member was friendly and helpful. The facility was clean. I would prefer if the exit had the key pad on the left so I did not have to exit my vehicle to operate the gate. When someone is entering/ exiting it slows the process.

This was a first time for us. Sandra explained the process and walked us thru until we were comfortable using our new climate controlled storage. We liked the prices and friendly service. We feel we are getting a value for our money and the place was high quality and secure.

I have a unit at the SpringCypress location, I used to have a unit at the Magnolia location. The SpringCypress location is an upgrade compared to Magnolia. I like the fact that the units are all indoor with air condition, the units have new specialized locks with all round security. Overall all the Public Storage locations should be built like the SpringCypress location.
