It was very easy to get everything done online and also worked with D in the the front office very friendly and helpful with all the details. I needed to get my storage unit.. the facility is so clean.Update it and feel very secure.Were my things will be stored for a few months

Needed Large Storage in a Pinch

I had booked storage with another company but upon arrival I wasn't able to gain access to the unit nor was it a drive up unit as requested. Also, no one answered the phone for 2 days were I had a reservation so I had to go somewhere else. I had a huge Uhaul truck that needed to get unloaded ASAP because I moved here from out of state so I called CubeSmart Self Storage - 7930 Southwest Loop and they were able to provide me exactly what I needed in under 20 minutes. The unit was exactly as described, it was spacious and clean,the alley ways were wide enough to maneuver the Uhaul truck and the unit was easily accessible. I can easily recommend this storage facility for all your storage needs.
