My experience trying to move in was very stressful

I had issues moving in when I arrived later than expected and customer service wouldn’t grant me access and had to return the next day. I was very disappointed with their response. Ben was as helpful as he could be trying to resolve the issue but those at the customer service department would not budge. If I could have found another place on short notice I would’ve taken my business elsewhere. The staff is great but customer service is awful

Great storage

Everything from the paperwork to entering in the unite was a breeze. Unit was also clean and cool. There was a rubber seal that looked like it was falling off the door but besides that it is amazing.

Decent space for one person

Just doing some summer cleaning in my house and it helps to have somewhere to store things for a while while I get my house in order. Just wish it wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t so expensive.

Excellent customer service at Public Storage

Your customer service agent at the office was very professional. She called, left a very welcoming & informative voicemail. And, upon my arrival was willing to assist me with questions I had. Overall, great experience. Plus, love the Bluetooth capabilities at the facility for door & gate entry.

Very easy move-n

We are moving from out of town but wanted a space to put items bought locally. This was so easy. Very clean facility. Definitely a quality business.

Clean, new, and great customer service!

Needed to move dates around and Michelle was amazing to help navigate that. The facility was great! Large enough to get a 26' UHaul around. Spot was clean. I will recommend anyone to use them and I'm glad I found them over all the others in the area.

Nice facility, convenient location

Simple process to reserve and also to complete the reservation/payment. Move in was streamline and the facility is nice. They do neglect to tell you that your old style locks wonﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t work and you need to bring a certain style or they will automatically charge you for their style of lock.
