It was a pretty great experience. It was my first time purchasing a storage unit so I wish I would have been told about bringing a lock and that I would need renters insurance so I could have taken care of that stuff before showing up to finalize the unit

Great facility with specials occasionally

Pros: They have great discount opportunities which was what originally made me interested. The storage facility is clean, the front desk person was helpful and pleasant. Cons: I'm unsure why a facility like this does not have 24 hour access. Especially with cameras and lights. This is the only reason I can only give it four stars instead of five.

Everyone from the lady I talked to on the phone, the property manager who called me to introduce himself, and the employee on site, David, were all super friendly and helpful!!! I suggest this place to anyone who needs to store!

It was the easiest and quickest experience I've ever had renting a storage unit. The young lady that assisted me with this process in Lewisville was extremely helpful, and displayed excellent customer service skills. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone.
