    Disappointed

    When I called to book I asked for a climate controlled unit but when I arrived on move- in day I see that it is NOT a climate controlled unit. I need to remove my belongings soon and pay for another storage unit elsewhere. The price is too high for unit size and no a/c!! Very disappointed.

    Great customer service

    Reserved a unit online, but when I arrived at the location, that size was not available. I was given a unit slightly bigger for the same price so it all worked out.

    Easy check-in experience-all digital with no paperwork involved. Front desk staff was kind and quickly responded to my needs. Public Storage has very competitive prices, and I will be sure to share this information with my friends and family. Great experience!
