    Great customer service, but issues with access

    Janet was incredibly professional and the check-in process was very smooth. But the gate sensors weren’t working, the app access wasn’t working, and you have to enter a 10 digit code every single time you need to open a door or use an elevator. Huge inefficiencies. Very frustrated.
