Unwilling to fix their mistakes

Everett was amazing leasing the unit. If you still come here, ask for Everett. How ever, the next day after leasing, another employee locked me out of my unit by mistake. Which is understandable that is a mistake, but it cost me extra money by forcing me to leave my things sitting on a U-Haul overnight that was supposed to be returned. I was required to rent the U-Haul for an extra day. They have offered no solution for their mistake that cost me money. I actually SEEN the manager in his boss the next day and they told me they'd call me later, which never happened. That was my second time waiting for a call that I never got from them. They have no interest in fixing their mistake clearly.

Absolutely an excellent experience. Everett - the many who helped us was such a professional and a joy to work with. He explained everything, asked if we needed any supplies, showed us the unit & really made sure we were comfortable with all the information we needed in order to be a customer. We really had a MUCH better experience than we had EVER expected. We are already speaking very highly to people about the great treatment we received and will recommend you to all we know.
