Public Storage - Houston - 2006 Westheimer Rd

Way too expensive for a place that has one elevator and closes at six

Public Storage has really put me through it in the last week or so. Caused some big problems. Not happy with them currently.

I really like this way of getting a storage unit. Specially during this unpleasant times we are going thru.

Very helpful staff. Quick and efficient. Very pleasant experience.

I was in and out within 20 minutes. Even though the one employee had to answer a couple of phone calls and assist a couple of other customers on property.

Michael great manager

Michael, the property manager, was really kind and helpful. Property is clean and safe. With the "first month for 1$" offer renting the storage for one month turned out being very cheap.

I had a fantastic experience with this Public Storage location. I had actually initially booked with the location off Greenbriar, but they ended up not having a climate controlled unit in the size I requested, so they transferred me up to this location. Michael, the Property Manager, was extremely helpful & accommodating and the check-in process was as smooth as can be!

The other day I was having trouble with my lock and Michael not only helped me figure it out, he personally came to the unit and helped me. He was great. I have worked with him before and find him to be truly helpful - he takes the time to answer all my questions.

5 stars go to the associate Michael. He provided a pleasant transaction to my daughter and I. I drove in from Dallas to TSU to help my daughter pack and take to storage. Michael thoroughly explained policy&procedure and made us comfortable. Thank you Michael for having a good spirit and making us smile.

Really great service from Michael at this Public Storage location. I am in the middle of packing for a move and have really appreciated each time from Michael the helpfulness and professional customer service. Plus, the supplies are always fully stocked.

Considerable improvement in the property, since Mr. Samson took over as Manager. The place is cleaner and more efficiently run. He has an affable, businesslike personality, with a friendly smile at all times. Very pleasing, after a tenancy spanning, off and on, almost ten years, with mainly poor Managers with the exception on Ms. Monday! A job well done and Public Storage is lucky to employ him! Thankyou.

Easy, Safe, Great Location, Affordable and Superb Customer Service

Monday at this Public Storage Unit made the entire Storage Unit process as easy as it could be. Monday made sure I got the right sized unit and all the security and extras (AC) that I wanted. Any issue I had was easily and quickly solved. Would recommend this Public Storage to anyone needing one in the River Oaks/Montrose Area.
