The entrance has not much space to pause as you punch in your code. There is a dangerous corner where people are driving pretty fast around. Just be aware of this. The carts are helpful. The place is really clean and the manager is really helpful and friendly. I do wish getting in and out the first set of doors were easier. A second doorstop perhaps…

Seems like a good deal. Would be nice if it had more purchasable features like uhaul. Package delivery and 24hr access to name a couple

website reserved space gave me a code#. When I was informed I had to buy a lock. that increased the price, plus i was not told in advance reason for purchasing their lock at $20. I left to Uhaul Storage downtown, I could get a larger unit but had to climb fligh of stairs. I went back to SmartCube where they were willing to give me a lock at their cost & receive a discount for reserving thru the website. Alot of running around when negoiations should have been offered on my first visit.

I love this place! It's my own office/storage unit. They let you customize your space to have lighting. They make sure packages get into your unit and they have WIFI too. Then even have a truck for your use, to move in. Also, the staff knows how to provide amazing customer service. Bottled water or a cup of coffee. Service with a smile, love it! Need I say more?
