Clean. Very clean. Friendly.

Noticeably neat and clean. Don was friendly and helpful. I appreciate the painted floor. The gloss floor paint acts as a moisture barrier on the concrete floor so I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have to lay down a plastic sheet to keep the concrete moisture from wicking into my boxes and destroying them. Good design! It was quite cool inside too, in spite of the hundred plus degree days we are having.

In Need of a small work space

This place is not just a storage facility. It is my get away!! I was so desperate to find a small work space for my small gift basket company when we sold our home. I needed something really clean with cool temperature and very secure. I found Ideal Self Storage and it was a perfect match. I look forward to leaving the house and working in my "office space". I am extremely grateful for the young lady that works in the office as well. She was so helpful and was so patient with me when trying to decide what size I needed.

I was able to make my reservation online which made move-in day so easy! Within a few minutes of making the reservation online, I received a phone call from a representative at Ideal Self Storage to confirm the reservation and to inform me of what I was required to bring upon arriving to the facility. This did help expedite the check-in process upon my arrival. Once I arrived at the facility I noticed right away how clean it was on the outside and I found it to be very clean inside as well! The staff was very friendly, helpful and answered all of my questions and concerns! I definitely recommend Ideal Storage to anyone who is looking for a clean, affordable climate-controlled storage unit!
