Didn't get to actually speak to someone, (even though I made a reservation and spoke to someone beforehand about my arrival time), but the app helped me navigate through. It was very clean and easy to unload with the dollies they provided.

Rent raised after a few months

My rent went up $25 a month! Barely moved there a few months ago. A notice was given a few weeks before. I was upset .

Great price for brand new facility with great people!

Very friendly, helpful and personable staff. Very clean facility. One of two elevators broke down on us, but the staff called it in right away. Only two disappointments: one was not being able to finalize online because site was acting up; second was that we felt misled about price of a 5’x10’ unit that we discussed and were shown on the 1st level, and we made an online reservation. But when we came a few days later to finalize in person since we couldn’t do it online, we were given a unit in the basement. When we asked why our unit was in the basement instead of the level we were shown and discussed, we were told that the price we wanted was only for units in the basement. If we wanted the 1st floor, we would pay a higher price for a convenience fee. This was never mentioned at our first visit. Seemed like a “bait-and-switch” situation, but we let it go and took the basement unit. Overall, we’re pleased with the place.
