Horrible experience

Horrible experience. This location only has one working elevator. The dollies were not available when the office was closed. So many people loading in at the same time made it impossible. I regret using this facility. I expected better.

This Public Storage was the cleanest

This Public Storage was the cleanest, most organized and staffed by knowledgeable staff I've ever been to. This is my third experience with using a storage place and this one is BY FAR THE BEST !

It's a great location and storage...

It's a great location and storage space. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is there is no public restroom unless someone is in the office and they have to unlock the door and they only have 3 public carts for use. So if you don't own a dolly or cart you could be stuck waiting a hour to get your stuff moved.

Clean

Clean, not scary, nice, professional, showed me two different sizes to make sure I could visualize the correct size for my needs. I just wish they were a little closer to Texas City.

The service was great on location.

The service was great on location. The only thing I would improve upon would be concerning online reservations. The online associate was phenomenally friendly and helpful...but my original unit wasn't held. I did get another unit though. I would absolutely recommend Public Storage

The staff were very helpful and answer...

The staff were very helpful and answer all of our concerns. The place is clean except for a few lights out throughout the walk ways of the storage units. Not a big secure concern, but here is always a possibility. Thanks

The manager on the property was awesome! She helped me with everything and getting set up with a space. Thank you!

Tabitha was so helpful. I had issues with my lock it was getting stuck and she helped me open it and then gave me a brand new lock at no charge. Thank you Tabitha for your amazing customer service.

Tabitha is the absolute best. She quickly resolves any issue that I have ever had. She is super friendly and keeps the property well maintained. Krista is equally friendly is and thorough . They make moving an ease in my case I enjoy the location so much I hqve been here almost two years. They have accommodated all my business needs.

Krista and Tabitha are credits to your organization. Highly competent, very conscientious, down-to-earth, personable. 11 out of 10.

Great rental experience

Krista provided exceptional customer service during my rental process. She was friendly and polite and explained everything. Very personable and i look forward to coming to Public Store and seeing her there.

The League City, TX Public Storage is neat and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.at move in. This building was designed with a covered parking for loading and unloading. Safe and secure access the the large elevator.

Great experience!

There were problems at another Public Storage location, but the team members were very helpful in finding me a new location that was close by and had a similar unit to the one I had reserved at the original location. They were very kind and I would recommend them to anyone.
