    Customer service was awesome!!!

    The female manager, I can't think of her name at the time of this comment but she was so very helpful with my move-in and with choosing the right size unit for me. The place is very clean & quite. They made my difficult move so much more less stressful. I am happy I choose this location.

    Excellent facility and service

    Facility provided everything we needed and the employees were friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. The unit we rented was clean and the facility well secured. Would recommend to anyone needing storage in the area.

    Well run facility with friendly and helpful staff

    We rented a storage unit to clear out items in anticipation of needing room for our baby. Staff was quick, efficient, and helpful while still being friendly and a pleasure to speak with. The prices are reasonable as such things go, and the facility is clean and secure. We would definitely recommend this facility.

    I was really impressed with the staff

    I was really impressed with the staff. Ingrid at the Bay Colony area went above and beyond helping us to get the best unit for our needs. She drove me to see 3 different units and helped me decide what would be the best unit for my needs.
